The structure is insulated floor through ceiling with a sprinkler system throughout!

A storage operation for more than a decade (including food), the interior is spotless, having followed the rigorous inspections of the food industry. The ongoing maintenance (including floor washing, insect & rodent control ... ) is diligently continued.
